I have been trying to produce a transposon insertion plot using Sanger's Bio-tradis tool. The commands seem straightforward enough, however, the output from the running code (bacteria_tradis) produces unusable outputs (e.g. gzipped plot files - meant to be opened in Artemis - with all zero values) I have been trying for a quite a while now (days) and I cannot seem to figure out what is wrong!

Can anyone please help me out?
