Specific Primer Design for a new organism
I am a newbie in the field so pardon my "unknown" I a have a whole genome sequenced of a lactobacillus I want to design primer specific for it. what will be a good region to go after and how do i go by finding the region? how do i design the primer and test it to make sure it is specific? Thanks much for answering or direst me to the correct tuts.
