For ortholog prediction, you need closet organism proteome with you. Once you are ready with it you can proceed with the OrthoMCL analysis just by following few steps given in their tutorial and paper.
OrthoMCL is fine but getting a little outdated. I can suggest OrthoFinder as an alternative. It's a kind of updated version of orthomcl.
