KINSHIP triplets output
Dear all,
I've noticed a strange behavior in the .kin0 file after looking for genetic relatedness in my sample.
Apparently, KINSHIP in some cases (not all cases, and this makes it even stranger) of TRIPLETS of identical patient (e.g. A = B = C) prints in the .kin0 only the relationship:
- A = B
- A = C
- and NOT B = C.
At the same manner it seems that the "pruned" file is correct: we found only A (or only B or only C)
Does somebody know why?
