Finding the correct sample size out of a list of genes
I found the expression potential of 191 arabidopsis genes in different anatomical parts using Genevestigator. I need to determine if these genes are 'real' and not artifacts by finding papers that used PCR with the specific genes. My question is how large of a sample size of the 191 genes do I need so that I can be 95% certain that all the genes are real?
