IGB Visualization of a depth graph
Hello, I have loaded my bed and bam file for my sample onto IGB and I created a depth graph for different peaks. However, you have to be very zoomed in in order to be able to fully visualize the depth graph on the peaks. Is there a way to group the two peaks together to visualize the depth graph without having to zoom in that much?
