IGB doen't recognize all the peaks

Hi! I have run the MACS2 for the Chip Seq. When I try to visualize them in the IGB, following that video: Video: ChIP-Seq Analysis and Visualization using Galaxy and IGB.

the IGB doen't recognize all the peaks that I can see on Galaxy. I mean if Galaxy tells me on the Bed file that I have 15 peaks in chr2, the IGB only shows me 3. How can I solve this problem?

Try zooming in on one of the peaks. It's quite possible that the peaks are clustered close together.
