Gap filling by PCR
Sorry It’s my second question. I deleted my first one by mistake.
I have two scaffolds and I want to check it those are connected in real genome like,
(Scaffold1)(Gap)(Scaffold2)
I know i should design two primer face toward gap and PCR. But I need DNA template corresponding to Gap for PCR. What DNA sequence do I have to use as template for that?
