DNA Microarray data from TCGA
How can we search and download DNA microarray data from TCGA? I mean the DNA microarray data from Affymetrix or Agilent platforms and not the RNA-seq count data. I am looking for DNA microarray data for Glioblastoma Multiforme (GBM) as it has been used in many papers recently. Thanks!

They are available at the GDC Legacy Archive. There, you can use the toggles on the left to filter include all gene expression microarray files. It looks like Agilent and Affymetrix platforms were used. HERE is the configured search.
- Select Files tab
- Select Gene expression array under the Experimental Strategy category
You can then perform further filtering.
