Anyone got virmap to work?
Has anyone tried using virmap https://github.com/cmmr/virmap ? It has a Nature publication but not a working version. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6086868/ I'm wondering how it was reviewed!
Thanks.

What does not work? Considering it is a recent publication you could try to post a GitHub issue to see if the author responds there,
yes, I also meet this problem(virmap can't work). Have you solved it?
Same question for you as well. What does not work?
There is no documentation. No I have not got it to work. This still begs the question on how it was reviewed.
Have you tried to contact the authors or create an "issue" on GitHum with the specific problem you are having?
