I was wondering if there was anyone on here that could tutor in metagenomics data processing? I am very new to the field, and I am trying to understand the basics of quality filtering, predicting protein sequences, creating contigs and sequence binning. I am starting from raw reads from a soil microbial sample whole shotgun sequencing experiment.
