Calculating recomb frequency
Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone had any idea as to how to calculate recombination frequency from whole genome data. I have G0, F1, F2, F3 in the form of vcf files... a total sample of 60 individuals. I need to create genetic maps in order to phase the data and infer local ancestry. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
