Integration of Chip-seq and RNA-Seq data

Hello Biostars,

Hope you all are doing well!

Can someone suggest me any tool other than BETA to integrate RNA-Seq data (from cuffdiff) and Chip-seq data (MACS2 peaks.xls) ?
