Can I use VarScan for tumor_time2/tumor_time1 CNA and SNP calling?
Hello,
I want to compare the CNAs and SNPs in a tumor from same patient in different stages, so I have 3 tumor samples (tims 1, 2 , 3). Can I run varScan to do this or it needs to be just tumor/normal with varScan? Is there a better tool for this?
