Dispariry index in MEGA alignment
Hi!!! I was trying to perform a disparity index analysis into MEGA 7 (https://www.megasoftware.net) ,but it bring me a matriz of values. I don't know how to interpret it (values range to 1,0000 to 0,01300) Anybody can help me? Thank beforehand!!!
