The maker annotation is still running but the index log shows that everything is finished, someone can help me?

I am running the last round in Maker for the annotation of my genome with trained Augustus, SNAP and tRNAscan. The process has advanced well but it has taken a while. I have checked the final_master_datastore_index.log file (final is the name of the round) and shows that all the chromosomes and sequences have ended without any error, my concern now is because Maker is still running and I do not know if can I stop it or not. Does anyone have an idea of what may be happening?

Yes, indeed sorry about that, but also I'm still paying the computational time for my analysis, so for that I posted as urgent in order to try to solve it ASAP. Thank you anyway, I accept your change.

Can you check if the process is still working, using the (h)top command?

Maker still running

Yes, the process is still running on screen and in htop the process is active using all the cores (however are not a full use of the cores as at the start)
