3.GENE EXPRESSION: a)stress response b)development

4.SYSTEMS BIOLOGY: a)evolutionary biology

5.CELLULAR NETWORK ANALYSIS: a)interactions b)pathways 6)STRUCTURAL BIOINFORMATICS: a)protein structure

Hi yellojigeethamadhuri,

this does not appear to be a question. Please indicate the purpose of this post and point out if you have a question. Otherwise, we will close it as off-topic.

Ummm, no you're not, you're putting vague buzz terms together in a largely nonsensical way.

I agree, voting to close this. As it is the post does not explain anything, nor are most 'steps' part of bioinformatics e.g. PROTIEN EXPRESSION (sic)

To make an analogy with cooking, I find this as useful as :

**COOKING**

1.Cutting carrots: a)What do I want to eat ? b)cut carrots in small cubes 2.MAEK PIZZA: a)from pizza dough to baked pizza

3.RISOTTO: a)Some rice b)let the rice inflate

4.LASAGNA: a)Italian lasagna

5.BURGERS: a)meat b)cheese 6)TACOS: a)mexicain food

7)WINE: a)wine dress b)red color

Sorry I don't have a single healthy meal in mind...

From this you can't really make a proper good meal, it's too wild and unorganize to be useful actually... Focus on one meal with all the ingredients, then write down your recipe and the oven time

If you want to present a tool you can do it here

If you want to create a tutorial about something it's here

And if you want to discuss about a specific bioinformatics subject it's here

But please in all those case, do a large research on the subject (is someone already did it ? Is it useful ?...) (as this one Which human reference genome should I use? )

I would like to order a 5a with a large 7b, please.

I have moved your answer to a comment. I see no reason why it was posted as an answer.

Hello yellojigeethamadhuri!

We believe that this post does not fit the main topic of this site.

The post is vague / incoherent and not suitable for Biostars, currently. Please feel free to re-post your thoughts in a new post that is more clear in its intentions / objectives

This allows us to keep the site focused on the topics that the community can help with.

If you disagree please tell us why in a reply below, we'll be happy to talk about it.

Cheers!

I cleaned up some parts of this thread. While possibly well-intended some comments did not contribute to the beginner-friendly attitude we like to keep as a central part of our biostars-philosophy.

yellojigeethamadhuri: You are welcome to contribute with blog posts, but as such this one has little value. You are listing terms in a seemingly incoherent way. If you elaborate then this could be potentially useful for others. The topic also seems way too wide, you may want to consider to write a more focused blog post on one of the subjects.
