Command line argument error: Argument "query". File is not accessible
hi, i am just having this message error as i try to run a tblastn analysis: Command line argument error: Argument "query". File is not accessible. I don t know what s happening since the last time i have done the same analysis it works. thanks everybody for the help.

do post the full command you are trying to execute so we can have a detailed look.
Did you verify that all the files are where you think they are (paths correct and such) and that they are accessible?

thank you very much. The path and commands were fine. The problem was the file accesibility since it is opened by another program that does not allow blast to access. I have just pasted the fasta file in a new text document and now blast is working. Thank you very much again.
