Meta-analysis GWAS using statistical summaries in numerous studies
Hi,
Can I analyze the GWAS meta-analysis using statistical summaries in numerous studies of about 60 articles with Plink software?
Since ID SNP and so on are different, is this workable?

Yes, you will have to match the SNP names from different datasets. Also, I prefer METAL for meta analysis.
Thank you so much for your answer,
Do you know the database associated with GWAS livestock? Is this possible with statistical summaries available in the articles? This means that collected data from articles not from the database.
