Can anybody explain me why this volcano plot is not opening
The plot doesnt seem to look like any other. It is not in line either when I draw a scatter plot. Im new to this.. can anybody tell me why the data are not drawing the opening of the volcano by log2 at 0?

I meant why is it not opening wide log2FC at 0 and is displayed towards 1?
Why is this an answer?
I was further introducing my problem with understanding this volcano plot as cant change or re write the post. Any ideas?

Because I could not introduce changes to the post so I had to write a comment on the answer section to give further details of my top level question. Ive just came here to try to understand why this plot is displayed towards Log2FC 1 and is not above 0. Can you explain that? If you have other questions regarding the post my answer is; I dont know I just opened this website to ask a this question

looks like you've got a consistently higher signal in one set of samples than the other. How did you normalise the (microarray?) dataset?
