Converting SNP data saved Excel (CSV) format in to HapMap or alerguin format

I have 32000 SNP generated through GBS saved in excel (CSV) format. How do I convert the file into HapMap format for Tassel or Alerquin format for further analysis

CSV is not excel format, is a text format - you can open it on any text editor. You have to show a few lines of or file, because we have no idea how and what information is stored in it.
