How to run symap v 4.2 to compare two organisms chromosome ?
I wanted to get a synteny map goat chromosome vs sheep chromosomes, for that i downloaded all fasta file of both sheep and goat chromosomes. then i make two project for each of them. But no synteny map was found. what are the reasons may occur?
