Primer Design for amplifying complete viral genome
Hi All,
I am just wondering if there is a way we can design a set of say four sets of primers pairs or five sets that will amplify a 15kb genome size of a virus.
Any idea or recommendations/guide will gladly be appreciated.

Comment from the wet lab: Make sure you use a suitable polymerase for the resulting fragment size, normal Taq polymerase can possibly not amplify this fragment size.
