Can i extract miRNA data from RNA-Seq data set ? and if possible, can i extract deferentially expressed microRNA's from it ?

Probably not. Typical RNA-seq library preparation includes a size selection for RNA/cDNA of like 200bp. As short RNAs are (guess what) shorter, whatever signals you pick up will probably be unreliable.

no I didn't. as mentioned earlier RNA-seq library is of 150/200bp size so miRNA can't be captured by this as.
