analysis of kaplan-meier log-rank survival test
HI. Thank you so much in advance.
I'm trying to conduct survival analysis by using data deposited in the GEO(Gene Expression Omnibus) repository. One of the data I downloaded contained patient's survival months as well as whether patient's survival status was censored or uncensored.
Is it ok to assume censored and uncensored overall survival as alive and deceased, respectively?
