Tutorial: Gene Set Enrichment Analysis on T-BioInfo

Gene Set Enrichment Analysis can help gain insight into RNA-seq data by comparing genes that are highly differentiated (i.e. found in the differential gene table) with known sets of genes, for example KEGG pathway database. Before using such methods, a simple diff. expression pipeline needs to be set up and run, for example using DESEQ2 or EDGER. These methods help select top genes with high fold-change and low p-value. The best selected gene then can be analyzed. To do all of this using the intuitive T-BioInfo interface can be really simple:

How can one add a video tutorial?

Uploading to YouTube and posting a link here.

if you use a regular link to youtube.com the site will recognize it and embed it like so
