Abyss going to stop

abyss-pe process is running on our server in screen mode, when I pressed top command, I can't saw the abyss-pe process instant. He comes after 1 second on top. So he's going to stop? How can I resolved this issue?

Re-attach the screen session where ABySS is running and check for error messages.

There are no error. The process still running:

No it is not going to stop. If abyss is running in a screen session it should show up as a process in any other terminal that you log into using the same account after running top or htop.
