Hello, im not sure this is the right place to post this, but I've recently been plotting some scatterplots using deep tools plotCorrelation function. during analysis of the distribution of points on the plot, I feel like the output file labels the axes in reverse (ie. x as y and y as x). to see if this is a mistake on my part I also plotted the same data in excel and R, and it gives the axes in the other (correct) order. could this be a bug?
