Find primers for data downloaded from NCBI and nhptr
Hello,
I am currently analyzing some RNAseq data that I downloaded from the NCBI and Non-human Primate Reference Transcriptome Resource. I ran FastQC analysis for all of them. I need to trim the sequences but I am not sure how to find the primers for these sequences. I would appreciate any help.

Actually, I did not need to trim the sequences since any sequence that is uploaded online is already trimmed.
