Hello everyone,

I face to some wargning message with sequenza package when attempt to use the sequenza.extract command :

Warning messages:
1: In b[which(diff(b) == 0) + 1] <- b[diff(b) == 0] + offset :
  the number of objects to be replaced is not multiple of the size of the replacement

I know what this means but I don't understand why the length of the replacement is not the same.

I'm not able to launch other functions with the object generated by this sequenza.extract.

I need your help please.
