unable to fetch bam file

hello there,

When I was trying to open a bam file on JBrowse, it kept showing 'unable to fetch'. I checked several times to ensure my bam file and bai file in correct position. I think it is about my system because the same file can be shown on other JBrowse. But I can not figure it out on this JBrowse. Does anyone have any idea? Thanks in advance.

thanks for your reply. I tried to add 'AddType application/octet-stream .bam .bami .bai' into .htaccess file. But the same error occurred. Did I miss any other step?

If you think it is about your system, don't you think it would be helpful if you provide information about your system? Such as operating system, Apache version, JBrowse version. Are you self hosting JBrowse, or the server is another computer?

I commented the command to load magic_mime module in httpd.conf and then restarted httpd. It worked. Thanks a lot.
