Human CpG Island ChIp-on-chip Microarray Kit 244K
Hi, A colleague of mine needs help with the analysis of Human CpG Island ChIp-on-chip Agilent microarrays. Are there any R-packages available for it. I have looked but cannot seem to find any.
Or any R packages that can perform the BATMAN (Bayesian tool for methylation analysis) algorithm.

Which GEO dataset is it?
I do not think these are published. The sequencing core has a lot of old datasets that were created on Agilent human methylation arrays and were initially analyzed by the vendor provided software. They now want to revisit these datasets independent of Agilent Genomic Workbench Software and perform some cross validations.
