We are looking for a postdoctoral researcher at Centre for Structural Systems Biology (CSSB) and European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL) in Hamburg to work on structural modeling of bacterial secretion systems using integrative structural modeling based on data from crosslinking mass spectrometry and cryo-electron microscopy. The position is oriented towards a computational biologist, best with programming skills, but a willingness to partially work in the ‘wet lab’ is welcome.
