how to calculate heterogeneity for meta-analysis of p-value
I have four GWAS data for one disease and I want to do meta-analysis for these four data. Thus, it is a meta-analysis for P-value. While, I don't know whether I need to calculate heterogeneity befor merge and how to calculate heterogeneity based on p-value. Could someone give me some suggestion?
