Hello everyone! I'm quite a newbie in bioinformatics so maybe my questions may sound very simple. I downloaded a list of genes for one pathway from KEGG (for danio rerio) and now want to compare them to gene lists that i already have, but they have different view - ENSDARG00.. . So, my question is which tools i can use to convert kegg IDs to this type? Thanks in advance for answering!
