BLAST SEARCH BASICS

Hi all I have a really basic question..im new to bioinformatics sector and i have a powerpoint slides with linux results of BLASTn and p searches..i can understand the programming part but have problem with interpreting blast results..even though the answer to the ppt is given on the slide itself..if someone could go through the ppt and explain it to me in simple english it would be great..it would hardly take 10 mins of your time.. If yes please write your email id i will mail it to you

Hi a4appy23, off-forum personal requests are generally discouraged, and it is unlikely you will get help this way. You will have better luck copy-pasting the relevant part of the presentation and asking for help about what you didn't understand.
