Single Kallisto abundance
Dear all, I would like to import my Kallisto abundances into deseq2 pipeline using tximport. Since I do have more than 100 samples for my experiment, I am wondering if I should somehow convert all of my abundances into one single file or is there another step that I should take for preparing all of my abundances for deseq2.
