how to exit virtualenv in mac terminal

How to exit/leave from the python virtual environment (as mentioned in the following) to the real workon machine (in mac terminal). I tried deactivate and source deactivate, its not working.

Last login: Thu Sep 13 13:42:58 on ttys000
env127:~ Genome$

I want to exit from the above to enter in the real machine, like:

Genome$
