the tumor size of glioblastoma in multivariate analysis of TCGA dataset

Hello,

I try to do the multivariate analysis of glioblastoma in TCGA dataset.

There are shortest, intermediate and longest dimension of the tumor size.

  1. Which one I can use?

  2. In many paper, it sets up <=4 and >4 as smaller or biggerer. Actually, all the intermediate dimension are less than 2 in TCGA dataset. Which size I can set up? <=1 or >1? Is that OK?

Thanks in advance for any help!
