bwtool stalled liftover
I am trying to liftover some mm9 bigwigs to mm10 with bwtool in the following way:
bwtool lift GSE81122_121+122_Amy_CK_120min_1M_H3K27ac.ucsc.bigWig mm9ToMm10.over.chain.gz test1.bigwig
In doing so the program seems to stall and only create the .tmp.wig file. Wondering why this might be? Thanks!
