Time take for protein protein interaction validation methods
Hi,
Is there a way to know how much time it takes to conduct a protein protein interaction experiment?
I'm looking for overall experiment time for techniques like: 1. Tandem affinity purification-mass spectroscopy (TAP-MS) 2. Coimmunoprecipitation 3. Protein microarrays 4. Phage display 5. X-ray crystallography 6. NMR spectroscopy 7. Yeast 2 Hybrid 8. Bimolecular fluorescence complementation
I tried looking at various reviews. But none mention the average time taken to conduct such experiments.
Any useful links and help is appreciated. Thanks!
