Barcoding for cfDNA?
Hello,
We will use barcoding system for cfDNA WES (both cancer and normal). In addition to cfDNA WES, we will perform tissue WES (same patients). My question is, if we do barcoding system for cfDNA WES, should we use barcoding system for tissue WES?

If you are going to pool multiple samples then you have to use indexing (I assume that is what you are calling barcoding).
