a question about gene mutation waterfall
Hi,biostars, I am now ploting a waterfall figure of gene mutations(the function I used is waterfall function of GenVisR). When I tried to add the clinical data of PFS(Progressed Free Survival), I found that the clinical data should be categorical variable. Could anyone tell me how to add the PFS as a continuous variable with decreasing order?
