Separate non-coding RNA from total RNA list

Hello everyone, I am now having a list of human RNA genes (from e.g. METABRIC https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn1688369/wiki/27311 or GEO) , are there any way to separate non-coding RNA from the total RNA gene list? Are there any references to refer?

Your help is very much appreciated!

That is not enough information to get a reasonable answer. Please edit the post and add where this list of genes came from (experimentally or informatically). What species are we looking at?

This is not answering your question directly but a list of human ncRNA genes can be found at RNAcentral.

Since the link you included above is "controlled access" it is going to be difficult for people to help you.
