Lists of ncRNAS for cow, yeast

Hi,

I have been looking for a file that might contain RNA types for nc RNAs; tRNAs, sno, mir, whatever there is. I know that there are files that contain this data for mouse and human, but can't find a file that contains it for other mammals. Does anyone know where to find this information/find a table that can be edited to get this information? Thanks,

Sure, if you are interested in cow, you can get the file from the bovine database using the query builder or directly from the annotation files. For mammals in general, you can go directly to Ensembl (or its ftp site).

I tried the bovine database, but I find that it is not aligned with ucsc tau8 build For example, SNHG3 is located in ucsc on chr2:125499122-125501517 and in the file I extracted from Bovine DB on chr2 :130336690-130339921. Or maybe I am missing an important point?

Its probably because they use a different version. On UCSC tau7 build, I find the chr2 :130336690-130339921 coordinates(link).
