Definition of "seed sequence", "prompt curator" and "pseudoreads"

Hello everyone,

I would like to know the real definition of "seed sequence", "prompt curator" and "pseudoreads" Searching in Google I found "seed sequence" meaning like "miRNA", but I think that meaning is wrong in this case. The meaning is more related to Pfam database or Blast. can you help me, please?
