Do all genes have a similar distributions of CpG sites across regions?

Hello, I am wondering if all genes have a similar distribution of CpG sites, for example:

the majority of the CpGs are in promoter, gene body... Little amoutn of cpgs at 5UTR and 3UTR,...

That might be the average, but there's no pattern like that for literally all genes.
