CpG Island True location of DNA Sequences on NCBI
Dear All, I am working in the area of CpG Island Identification. Many authors have used the DNA Sequences NT_113952, NT_113954, NT_113958, NT_028395 for testing their algorithms on these sequences. These sequences are available on NCBI but the problem is that I am not able to find the true locations of CpG Islands of these DNA sequences on NCBI. Can anyone please help me and tell how to find the target locations of these DNA Sequences on NCBI?
