Plotting Pearson correlation between two expression matrices
Hi,
I have two matrices; one from bulk RNA-seq and the other from single cell seq. Based on this figure, if I am not wrong, I must firstly normalize each matrix with RPM method, but I did not figure out how to produce such a plot for two normalized matrices

Normalization is irrelevant for that, it looks like it's just plotting total UMI counts vs. read counts in the pseudo-bulk sample.
But why said the (Read per million) in X axis?
RPM just changes the scale, it's not needed.
