Genome/Exome + RNASeq cohort
Does this exist? I'm looking for a substantial cohort with genomes or exomes AND rnaseq data for a number of individuals.
I know of the Mayo GWAS... but ideally, I'm looking for genome/exome data to come as either raw FASTQs that I can process on my own, or downloadable gvcfs or even vcfs. I'd like RNAseq data as raw fastqs or to have the gene list output of a differential expression analysis.

Blood or fibroblast would be ideal; but no, not really.
You could search the EGA, ENA, ArrayExpress, SRA, etc.
